ENTER2017 e-Tourism Conference,

About the event

The ENTER 2017 conference is promoted by the International Federation for Information Technology and Travel and Tourism (IFITT) and offers a worldwide and unique forum for attendees from industry, academia, government, and other organizations to actively exchange, share, and challenge state-of-the-art research and industrial case studies on the application of information and communication technologies to travel and tourism.

The  ENTER Conference  will take place January 24-27, 2017 at the youngest public University in Rome, which is also a great example of re-purposing an old factory into something completely different.

Along with the main conference, a series of pre- and post-conference events will complete the program: 

January 23^rd 2017: a PhD workshop will provide a forum for doctoral students undertaking research related to ICTs in Travel and Tourism.

January 26^th 2017: the e-Tourism and Digital Playground will be an informal space where companies can present original ideas and revolutionary market solutions (tourism experts will present their best practices and show how they work

January 27^th 2017: The Italian Day will offer an insight on local digital tourism development: Destination Branding, Reputation Management, Digital Storytelling, Big and Open Data will be the main topics along the way of this final day of the Conference.
