End of Year Ball in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust,

About the event
London School of Economics' Rosebery Hall will be celebrating the end of the academic year in style this year with a boat party on the Thames! We would like to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust in the process, and to do this we need your help!
The 300 students who live in our hall study a range of subjects, including International Relations, History, Maths and, of course, Economics. As a result, this is a great event for a company that wishes to get in contact with a number of talented undergraduates and postgraduates, and a company who wishes to be associated with an excellent charity - the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Our event costs £3,000 total, including boat hire, a DJ, and a drinks reception. Sponsorship would allow us to donate more of our proceeds to the Teenage Cancer Trust. Sponsors will have their names on every ticket, and have the option of sponsoring specific elements of the event (see right for details).

Sponsors' logos would appear on the tickets, and be credited on the facebook event.

Sponsorship of the drinks reception would allow us to donate half of every ticket price directly to the Teenage Cancer Trust - a sum of £1,200. The sponsor would be featured prominently at the top of every ticket and on the facebook event [e.g. Drinks reception generously sponsored by...], and the bar would be decked out with the company's logo and decorations (e.g. balloons or bunting/flags, if you have any). Leaflets/flyers could also be placed on and around the bar. There are two bars, enabling us to offer this opportunity twice. If you would like to be the only sponsor of the drinks reception, we can discuss this.

Sponsorship of the DJ would enable us to donate an extra £1-200 to the Teenage Cancer Trust. Sponsor logo would feature on/around the DJ booth and prominently on the tickets and facebook page [e.g. 'Entertainment kindly sponsored by...].
