About the event

Dear Sir, dear Madam,

 

We would like to briefly present to you our event L-Pod End of Season.

As
association in the domain of audio-visual and graphic production and event
management, we pursue our activities with an unfading motivation. Since 2010,
our team has been seeking to realize quality products in various fields of
interest. Those experiences have allowed us to work closely with a variety of
clients and to retain many of them by our creativity and reliability. Our work
continues relentlessly and our annual event is intended to celebrate and express
our appreciation to our friends and clients. This is an event not to be missed
and that we already start to plan.

That
party of the end of the cultural season is firstly dedicated to our partners whom
we wish to gather around a drink and to thank with a light and relaxed
entertainment. In addition to that, we intend to associate a large public of
friends, colleagues and students in order to create a dynamic atmosphere.

In 2013 for instance, approximately 400 people came to the lake of
Echternach to join us in a unique environment of greenery under the sun. Our
offer mainly consisted of a variety of fresh drinks, of a grand buffet, music
proposed by close DJs and, finally, the B&B option on the neighbouring
youth hostel. With hindsight, all of us had a great time, the relationship to
our partners could be strengthened and our cause, audacious creativity, has
been encouraged.

By inviting you to a partnership we estimate mutually beneficial, we
would like to propose you different of options. So hereby joined you’ll find a
list with options giving you the opportunity to join us for the next edition of
our event. At the party, we will conduct several marketing activities that will
make a large audience see and appreciate your label.
