EmpowHER Monthly: Vision Boards,

About the event

If you attended our EmpowHER Monthly meeting on Goals last month, then you already know about the power of visualizing your goals. But, visualization - seeing things in your mind - doesn’t come easy to all of us. A vision board is a representation of the goals you want to achieve. 

Join the EmpowHERment crew for a vision board party at Phillipe Park in Safety Harbor (shelter number TBA)! We will provide the snacks, drinks, glue sticks, scissors, and the boards to glue all your clippings to. All you'll need to bring are few magazines, photographs, and/or printed pictures/quotes from the Internet. The sky is the limit - this is YOUR vision board!

Creating a vision board is an exercise in thinking beyond what you believe is possible. You may not think that a beachfront home or a fit body is an attainable goal for you. Vision boards allow you to open yourself up to the opportunities to make those thoughts and dreams actually happen over time.

EmpowHERment is committed to fostering an environment where women can empower each other, share resources, build lasting friendships, and give back to their community.  Sponsering this event, will give our non profit the funds necessary to supply vision boards and materials to 50 woman in the area.

Ambee Stephens

Hi, my name is Ambee Stephens, founder of EmpowHERment. When my dad died in 2017, my biggest hiccup was that I felt like I didn't have enough girl friends in one divine circle to help me get through the grieving process. Yes, I had friends, my boyfriend, family, and coworkers. But what I really needed is one solid circle of woman who could help me RISE. 

After a several months of grieving, I decided to fulfill one of my divine missions: to start EmpowHERment, the very group that I needed. Our community began on social media; just sisters supporting sisters. After one in-person meeting in the Tampa Bay area, I knew our meetings should continue on a monthly basis. There's something magical about feminine power. 

Founding EmpowHERment has been incredibly fulfilling. During out meetings, we laugh, cry, empower, learn, try new things, prosper, network...But most importantly, WE GROW!
