The forum is organized by the European Association of Cultural and Emotional Intelligence Projects (EACEIP), which brings together scientists from the field of Emotional Intelligence and businessmen of a new generation oriented to affective computation, emotions algorithms playback in computing systems and to building of emotional intelligence business culture in general.

The Association creates a common international platform for the exchange of experiences and technologies in the area of ​​improving business efficiency. We hope to achieve this using the ability-based approach to emotional intelligence, developed by John Mayer, Peter Salovey and David Caruso at Yale University.

The Scientific Board of the Association EACEIP is headed by David Caruso, a Professor at Yale University and one of the founders of the Emotional Intelligence concept.

Our Association has set ambitious goals to unite technology companies, who have expertise in developing algorithms of emotion recognition and emotional states management, and artificial intelligence and to set uniform business standards in this domain. This will enable the creation of an emotionally intelligent culture and environment for the continuous professional growth of colleagues and employees.

Within the Association framework, an annual event to be held in different countries - the "Emotional Intelligence Culture" International Forum- and the “Emotional Intelligence Project” award to be given in several categories such as high technologies sphere, etc.
