About the event
Electric Nights Music Festival is a brand new music festival to the Tampa Bay area. This is our first year doing this and our line up already looks amazing. We at sunrise promotion has close ties to the EDM community in Tampa to include Fans, Promoters, and most important the DJ's. I have already made contact with a few DJ's and we have over half of the line up filled. They are all excited about doing this event. We have already contacted a venue and they have the date on hold for us. But here lies the problem with every small company the money the thing that runs this world. I have already started making flyers for the event to hand out. I also have already made the Eventbrite page to start selling tickets. I have also made a GoFundMe page to help raise the money needed. Based off of how many people I know in this culture Managers, DJs and Promoters I know that I can fill line ups with no issues and I can sell tickets with no issues as well. So now you have the opportunity to get in at the beginning of the company and watch it grow into something amazing.
For all of our Sponsor packages the Audience is for each events. We are looking at doing atleast 1 event every month starting in January 2016. We will start promoting as soon as we sign the contract now with that being said all contract that we sign between now and the end of the year will start January 1st 2016. As soon as we sign the contact we will start using your company name. We are looking for sponsors to do just one event with us all the way to lifetime sponsors. Here at Sunrise Promotions we not only will put your company name out there with the events that we will be hosting but as well as give you free tickets to the events. Here's alittle background on our company. I have been promoting in this industry for a few years now and i have met some amazing people. I worked for 1 promotion company and i watched how they did there business and it was horrible. So i decided that i wanted to start my own company and be able to give back to the fans and my street team aka promoters. I am a US Marine I have been in the Corps for over 5 years now. I have a team of promoters and djs that i work with on a daily basis. I make sure that everyone that works with me is happy and enjoying working with us. I personally have made it my goal to make sure every promoter is paid well event if that means taking money out of my own pocket to do so. The best employees to have are happy ones and if you are under paying them then they wont perform as well as they should. As this company grows the venues and the crowds will only get bigger and with that the cost of sponsorship will go up we are planning our first big event on January 9th and we are already in the process of planning our second event in April.
