Eat Your Beats!,

Good Good Comedy Theatre, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States Good Good Comedy Theatre, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

  • About the event

"Comedy show. Rap battle. Food fight. Come and get it. The funniest wordsmiths in Philly face off in a competition of vocal dexterity and culinary imagination, and they’re not leaving the table until they’re finished."

Six of Philly's spiciest comics take the stage to compete in three rounds of improvised comedic food-themed rap battles to see who comes out on top.

Guest judges from Philadelphia's best and brightest in the food and music industry eliminate contestants in the first three rounds and the audience decides the winner in this feast or famine.

Hosted by Alejandro Morales & Alyssa Al-Dookhi

    Why should you sponsor?

Good Good Comedy Theatre has become the go-to place for comedy in Philadelphia. It is an accessible location for young urban audiences to come and enjoy a fantastic night of comedy that won't break the bank. Favored by headliners such as Maria Bamford and Jamie Loftus, it's easy to see why Good Good Comedy Theatre is a prime location to have your name seen and heard in the city.

Good Good received the 2017 Philadelphia Magazine Best of Philly award for Best Comedy Club and was voted Best Live Theater Venue in the 2017 Philly.com Readers’ Choice awards.

Eat Your Beats has been a Good Good Comedy institution before the brick and mortar space was even erected. For three years, Alejandro Morales (Whiz City Comedy, Helium Comedy Club) and Alyssa Al-Dookhi (HBO's Women in Comedy Festival) have executed and sold out monthly shows to delighted audiences of 40-70.
