About the event
Earp Division Expo will be the very first 'Wynonna Earp' fan convention to be held on the West Coast of America where 'Earpers' (fans of the television show) will come together to celebrate the show. For 2020, we are calling Anaheim, California home for our three day convention which will run from 5th-7th June.
We are expected to be the largest Wynonna Earp convention in 2020 with 11 members of the cast joining us, plus singer Emy Taliana and comic book artist, Lora Innes.
We will be hosting special events with the cast such as Sunday Brunches, 'Paint n Sip' and a Cocktail Hour, as well as photo opportunities and autographs with the cast members. We will also have a trivia night, a networking event and a talent show for the fans.
Why should you sponsor?
As well as being the first Wynonna Earp convention to hit the West Coast, we are going to be the first dedicated Wynonna Earp convention of the year, which also makes us the first one to be held since filming wrapped on the much anticipated (and fought for!) season four!
Fans of all ages are joining us from across the globe including America, Canada, the UK, mainland Europe, Australia and New Zealand! The demographic is mainly female, many attendees will identify as LGBT+ and in the 'fandom' there is a strong passion for environmentalism and kindness.
We are seeking support to deliver this convention and help us bring this much loved televsion show to a previously unserved audience. We have many packages for financial sponsorship but are also grateful for smaller donations and gifts in kind.

Shanna CobbI am Shanna Cobb, Event Director for Earp Division Expo and this event is my brain child. I am from California and wanted to bring the wonderful world of Wynonna Earp conventions to my home state so more people could experience these awesome weekends with fellow fans and the cast.

We have already announced a host of Wynonna Earp guests, a performance by Emy Taliana and a special commission by comic book artist, Lora Innes, as well as meet and greets with the cast and plenty of special events for you to get involved in over the weekend.
Since early 2019, I have worked with Andrea, our Volunteer Coordinator, and Emily, our Marketing Human, across 3 time zones and 8,000 miles to coordinate this event. It is now our hope to bring in some brilliant sponsors to make this event even more special for our guests and cast.
