About the event
The 4th edition of the outdoor music festival 'EarGarden' will take place in Sandweiler (10 min from Luxembourg City) on Saturday the 13th September 2014. This event is hosted on a spacious paved parking lot right beside the football & tennis fields and the local gym & Squash center. Hosting this event on a concrete floor offers great possibilities and success rates, due to the fact that it's hardly affected by the weather . This brings forth a lot of opportunities for promoters to get in contact with both consumers and business professionals. In this sponsoring brochure we offer you different ways to present yourself and/or your company to the wider public.
In 2013 after a reassessment, the festival has been renamed to EarGarden Festival. Adding on 4 international artists to the lineup, such Project54, Mateo, Steaming Satellites and Bakkushan (from Bundesvision Songcontest 2010) had the effect of pulling further people even from the neighboring countries. Building upon the last years of success, the local event organisation club Joe Cool Asbl (main organisators Luka Rasmusen & Frank Welsch and 110 members) is proud to host next years 'EarGarden' festival . 2014's goal is to attract around 2500 visitors whilest keeping the event on the same grounds. We will concentrate our profits from the last years on the quality of music with an even stronger lineup and various artists presenting their exhibitons / projects.Why should you sponsor?

Branding the main stage is the main sponsoring of the festival and includes
the most options. First the main stage will be named and always referred to as
'YOUR COMPANY' stage and will be fitted and decorated accordingly in order
for all visitors and press footage to capture and visualize the main sponsors
brand name as for their logo.
Your banner on site entrance will guarantee for a great exposure to all festival
visitors entering the grounds via our main entrance.All 20.000 flyers will be fitted with your companys logo and distributed by street
teams in Luxembourg and neighboring countries in the months leading up to the
festival. Again your companies
logo will be twice the size to the others logo and printed in colour.
Furthermore adds (radio and newspapers), web-based publicity (such as facebook,...),
whrist bands and much more will be printed / streamed with the logo
of your company as the main sponsor.

The side stage is a little smaller compared to the main stage but will be fitted
and decorated to the same extend. All printed documents will be branded with
the sponsors logo as well for web-based publicity.

logos will be a little smaller compared to the Main Stage &
Side Stage Packages. The sponsor banners and gadgets
will be placed on different spots on the location.
