About our event

The Event

The "Heart & Soul" 70s Classic Soul Experience is a live concert performance, targeting African American, and Hispanic adults 35+, in major metropolitan markets, and in households earning $55,000 or more annually.

Location

The first event is scheduled for September 15, 2018 in the world famous and glamorous Manhattan Center Hammerstein Ballroom. Located at 311 West 34th street, directly across from Madison Square Garden and NYC Port Authority Bus Terminal, and one of New York City’s busiest public transportation hubs, it is ideally accessible from all five boroughs of New York, and beyond; including Long Island and New Jersey.

The Manhattan Center is also a venue well associated with Heart & Soul Concerts because of the many great events they have presented there.  Another key factor is this venue’s 3,700 people legal capacity, which makes it available for us to provide different live performance configuration; including reserved theater-style seated concerts, formal galas with tables.

Our Heart & Soul 70s Classic Soul experience offers a combination of two configuration with table and chairs and an open floor for dancing on the main level.  There will be additional theater-style seating in the second mezzanine.  Food and drink will be available to our patrons.

Sponsor Branding

We will utilize multiple advertising streams to promote the event and highlight our corporate sponsors.  These streams include major radio advertising with top Radio personalities hosting the event, Social Media ad campaigns via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and lastly a local street team to do hand-to-hand flier distribution throughout the five boroughs of New York.

Entertainment

We will have professionally produced live stage performances featuring platinum and gold selling Artists and groups from the 70s; including, but not limited to, Temptations, Whispers, Gladys Knight, Stylistics, Chilites, and Blue Magic, just to name a few.

Heart & Soul Concert understands the wants and needs of a targeted demographic that have a tremendous love and respect for the genre of rhythm & blues in its purest form.  We produce concerts specifically designed to fulfill that need. 

Audience

Our audiences consist of a diverse population of working class people that are loyal and dedicated to all things classic soul and R&B.  When they come out to our concerts, they are always dressed to the tee, ready to have a good time, spend money, and support the artists.  Those loyalty traits are key for corporate brands seeking to connect or expand their consumer base and capture a piece of capital generated by their steadily increasing annual retail spending.
