About the event

Our festival is in its 5th year. We are in 11 venues across Portland including Show Bar at Revolution Hall, Curious Comedy Theater, McMenamins Mission Theater, Kelly's Olympian, Hawthorne Hideaway, The 4th Wall, White Owl Social Club, The Goodfoot Lounge, My Father's Place and so much more! We have over 100 comedians and filmmakers over the 3 days performing in over 35 stand up and variety shows snd screening short films. 

Some of our performers this year are: Ron Lynch (Voice on Bob's Burgers and Home Movies), Lizzy Cooperman (The Eric Andre Show), Adam Cayton-Holland (The Grawlix and Tru TV's Those who Can't), Janae Burris (NBC), Derek Sheen, Virginia Jones (Portlandia), Eden Sher (The Middle and Star Vs. The Forces of Evil) and many more. Combined they have almost a million social media followers. 

Our audiences at shows thos year should be in the thousands if you combine our livestreaming capabilities. 

We also have some amazingly talented folks who have submitted films from all over the world. 

Why should you sponsor?

You can be a part of an exciting and fast growing comedy and film festival. We are expanding each year and some of our goals are to become a weeklong city-wide event. You can join us early on and be grandfathered in as a sponsor! Our sponsors are given access to our events and after parties to network with our talent, and we are open to create very custom sponsorship packages that fit everyones needs. 

Shannan Hunt

Shannan Hunt is a Portland based comedian, actor, writer, podcaster and producer. Hunt is an award winning filmmaker. She is producing and co-directing a film about the Bridgetown Comedy Festival and the Portland comedy community. She has also had films screened at The Portland Film Festival, and at Quad Cinemas in Manhattan. She produces and occasionally hosts the 5-years-strong Early Open Mic at Kelly’s Olympian, and is the producer of the hit live show Synchro-Niss With Me, a show that brings Synchronicity, stand-up, and person-on-the-street together for a magical and riotous good time.

Shannan has worked for Disney General Entertainment, A24 films, NBC Universal and Netflix in film production. 

She is the founder of The Ha Ha Harvest Comedy Festival.
