About the event
The RGI UCalgary club is a non-profit group of students that promote awareness and education about rare genetic diseases. The DNA DASH will raise money to fund genetic research through the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. Rare genetic diseases affect 1 in every 12 Canadians and are responsible for 35% of infant deaths. With your support, the Alberta Children’s Hospital can identify disease-causing genes and develop treatment options for many Canadian children.

We have three donation packages. The bronze packages is for donations between between $300-$699, the silver package from $700-999 and gold for $1000+ donations. Each package has its own benefits depending on the donation amount. The Bronze package includes the logo of your organisation on the posters and banners for the event. The silver package includes those two as well as Logo advertisement at monthly fundraising events until 2016 as well as Logo on items given at the race. The gold package is inclusive of everything as well as the logo on advertising on the U of C TV (the Loop), logo on website and social media and on-air recognition! Thank you
