This will be the founder's event for the DaggerCon convention, and your chance to get in on what we anticipate to be an annual event for fans of cosplay, anime, gaming, comics, streaming and more in the Atlanta area!
This event is currently for ages 21 and over.
In 2023, the Atlanta anime convention community tragically lost one of it's most loyal attendees.
For almost two decades, Elizabeth "Liz" Dagger attended DragonCon, Momocon, SeishunCon, Anime Weekend Atlanta and others.
Dagger was not only an attendee at these events, she was an eager participant/vendor in the artist gallery, panels, hotel events and more. Dagger was always looked for by peers for her ability to have fun activities in her hotel room, as well as bringing snacks and hosting karaoke and parlor games.
Dagger passed away just days before AWA 2023, leaving many to wonder what happened to the con goer with the free "jello shots" and meatball sandwiches. It's only fitting that in her memory, she has her own convention that encourages participation and activities.
We have lovingly named our convention, DAGGERCON.
Our inaugural convention will feature anime, cosplay, art, gaming, K-pop music, streaming, karaoke, food and more of everything that Dagger loved.
We can't wait to see you in Atlanta this MARCH!
DaggerCon 2025 will give sponsors a chance to connect with the 21 and older Atlanta anime and gaming community.
