About the event
The term cyber means relating to information technology, computers or the Internet. In a similar conceptual parlance, Cyberia implies an arena which has the cyber world at its core. Cyberia provides an arena for the youth of today and serve as a platform to exhibit their technical acumen to the world and compete with like-minded peers thus strengthen & enhance their technical skills to be future-proofed for their I.T careers. It is not an event, it is an experience which gives you a taste of the current cyber world. To provide a platform that brings together future I.T professionals and enthusiasts.
It brings together future I.T professionals and enthusiastic and help to access their technical potential by providing opportunity to challenge their like-minded peers & unleashing their ability to outperform their peers technically. It has been 7 years for the Cyberia been commenced, and witnessed heavy and successful participations over 10,000 from all over the schools and colleges of Gujarat. Cyberia was officially announced as one of the University Fests in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda along with the Paramarsh, Footprints, Prerna and Baazigar by faculties of the University.
Why should you sponsor?
In the year 2013-14, Cyberia was brought with a much bigger platform for the crowd. Participation list exceeded 1200 with a footfall of 2000 people from all over the West zone, belonging to various career streams. There was an active participation in Cyberia’ 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 after the memorable experience at Cyberia 2012. The visitors at Cyberia belonged to the age group of 24 and below. A platform was given to the students to polish their technical skills and familiarize them with the present day industrial scenario, thus making it advantageous for the industry in the long run. Thus, Cyberia represents a lucrative opportunity for our sponsors to gain publicity for their brands and products. Also, we are open to customized sponsorship packages, thereby ensuring that the deal is beneficial to both the parties. Pure and uninterrupted publicity during the 3 day-event guarantees that the name of the brand is etched into the minds of the visitors, thus making their investment fruitful. Cyberia not being just a three-day event, has its registrations and publicity started months before the actual event through various means, thus keeping the buzz alive before and during the event. The sponsoring organization will have visibility over the Faculty of Science and other elite colleges, thus promoting the brand among the youth with maximum recall value. Participation had augmented to 2000 in 2017 and 2018 following the same trend, a participation of around 2500 is targeted this year.
