About the event
5 part Culinary Competition Tournament to include challenges in Chili, Sweets and Bakes, Seafood and Chicken, Open BBQ. The last event will be the grand slam competition featuring the two winning Chefs from each competition category.

Dawn BryantRadical Rations Catering Services, LLC specializes in unique variations of classic southern dishes and of course, Mac & Cheese. Dawn has expanded this signature to more than 21 variations of delectable magic. Dawn known as Madam Mac holds over 30 years’ experience in Non-profit management and administration. In addition to serving as Chef and Owner of Radical Rations, Dawn also teaches a free 14 week grant funded culinary program through the Heights Center in Fort Myers, Florida.
