Cryptic Hunt,

About the event

The Cryptic Hunt is a kind of digital scavenger hunt. One enrols for the hunt and is headed towards the first question. If the participant answers the first question correctly, then only they are shown the next question. Every year we organise the hunt and this year's theme will be related to the word 'W' as the society aims at improving Women culture in CS as web, WWW etc. Everyone from CS or non-S background can participate. It is a 24-hour long competition. The answer to the question could be a URL of a blog or a logo. This year we aim at including some digital devices which will be fit in certain parts on campus and as the student is detected near that part their question will be changed. We are still in the process of legislating the logistics. 

Why should you sponsor?

1.) We will promote Women Culture in the Computer Science field. 

2.) There are many societies in our college which organise inter-college events too so the sponsor will be known to other college events as well.

3.) There are some really brilliant minds in our university who are engaged in rigorous research and coding so they would be the assets for the company in future projects. 

4.) This way their product will be given proper feedback by the millennial generation.

We are Women in Computing Society Team at Ashoka University(India). We observe very few women in our college cohort in the CS department as most of them are concerned about experimenting in the field. We want to realise them that this the best field for experiments as a computer never dominates or discriminates you even on the basis of your intelligence level. We are to promote CS culture in the Computing field by organising various workshops, events, seminars and fireside chats on some fruitful topics and issues.
