The Cosplay Prom is a social event for Cosplayers. It will be a fun night from 7:00pm-12:00am, located at the beautiful Regal Room in OKC, that will include dancing, food, and pictures. This event is entirely formal, and in order to be admitted, you must be in formal wear. It is your choice to cosplay a character in formal attire, or be yourself in formal attire. As always, cosplay is encouraged, but not required. To get your mind thinking, an appropriate costume would be the Sailor Moon formal illustration dresses. This is an all-ages, family friendly event. Keep this in mind when choosing your dresses and your characters.
Prom King and Queen voting will be taking place on site. Anyone is allowed to campaign and enter the contest. You can campaign on the event page, and any other social media that you prefer. It is required that you send your name, ages, and a small bio about you and your partner to *****@****.*** in order to be offically entered.
There is free parking! Carpooling is always a good option, as we are anticipating a large crowd.
Drugs and Alcohol will NOT be permitted. Smoking and vaping must be done outside the building. Anyone found in posession, or intoxicated on site, will be escorted out and delt with by legal measures. It is required that everyone be out of the building and parking lot by 12:30am.
Inorder to gain access into the event, you will need a photo ID, and the invitation that will be sent to you by mail. Once you exit the building, you are not allowed back in. No one will be allowed to enter, or buy tickets to the prom after 10:30PM.

If you bought a ticket that provides dinner, you will arrive at the venue at 5:00PM. Dinner will be served from 5:00PM to 6:30PM.
DRESS CODE:
Men--You need to be in suit like attire, or formal cosplay. Suit shorts will not be permitted, and dress shoes are required.
Females--Dresses need to be atleast 7 inches above the knee. Cutouts on dresses need to be modest, and dress shoes are required.

The "Sponsorship Package" will also come with your personalized card or flyer that will be mailed along with the invitation and will solely consist of information you want provided to the guests.
