About the event

Our event, Connected, is a social networking event that aims to fulfil three major goals. The first goal for us would be to understand and develop event management skills as well as teamwork skills amongst the 13 students undergoing the subject DMCH213 Event Management. Secondly, this event is to promote the importance of social networking and coming out of one’s individual comfort zone to meet new people. Last but not least, this event is to break trending social norms such as different races and age groups do not mix with one another. Besides that, there will be photo booth sessions, game sessions, short speeches by social media influencers and refreshments. To meet with the events expenses, participants are required to pay RM15 per person or RM10 per person for groups over 3 people.

Why should you sponsor?

On behalf of the event team committee and with this short summary, I am pleased to invite you to be one of our sponsors for our upcoming networking event.

‘Connected’ is the theme of this networking event. It is organised to provide an opportunity for students from various universities and colleges in Klang Valley to network with each other face-to-face and share their common interests or perhaps even discover new interest. The event is also our major project and assessment for the Event Management course that we are currently undertaking for this semester.

Hi, 

A brief introduction about myself; My name is Stephanie Gan Hua Wei, a student from the Faculty of Communication, HELP University. I am the Vice Chairperson / Marketing Excecutive of this social event titled Connected, The Networking Party that will be held in Wisma HELP, Damansara Heights on the 22/6/2018 from 8pm to 10pm. 

I am also known as a National Synchronized Swimmer, currently training at Kuala Lumpur Sports City, Bukit Jalil. This is my first time organizing an special event, me and my team worked really well and I am very excited for this event, if you are willing to sponsor my event that will give us a boost to make this event more sucessful.
