About the event
Spreeha Foundation is a charity organization based in Seattle that helps poor people break the cycle of poverty in Bangladesh. Spreeha is organizing a concert to raise money to help it's education, health and skills training program in a slum located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, one of the most densely populated area in the world.
Chirkutt, a south Asian fusion band, known for represent Bangladesh in many music festivals around the world have agreed to perform for Spreeha during their tour of Texas to participate in SXSW Music Festival.
The concert will be held at Clark Center in University of Dallas at Texas on March 12th. The concert will attract 500 audience from Indian and Bangladeshi communities. Spreeha is a well known charity within such communities in DFW area due its recent fund raising efforts with Amazon and Google.
