About the event
It's all about computers here at Computer Tech Camp. During our camps, we will cover information to help your little one be a top technician while providing a safe and secure enviroment. Lessons will cover computer history to modern troubleshooting skills. Kids get to dissect a computer and learn how the parts work and how the output looks to the user. Our lesson plans cater to children ages 7-12.
We believe that each and every child should be introduced to computers and we understand that STEM programs are not offered in all schools so Computer Tech Camp is here to do just that.

Computer aren't just the way of the future anymore, they are the present and anyone who isn't learning about them will soon be left behind. We don't want our kids to already be in the dark. We want to provide them with the tools they need to excel in life and no matter what field they choose to study computers will be apart of it.
Jennifer JonesI have more than 6 years in the technology field from working with top Software Development departments, contracting with NASA, to teaching CompTIA courses.
I have a BS in Computer Engineering Technology, a Masters in Technical Project Management, and 8 years experience working with youth. Youth experience includes teaching summer technology programs at TSU and preforming educational shows on behalf of MD Anderson that cover topics that influence our youth.
