Computational Arts End of the Year Exhibition,

Hello!

My name is Julianne Rahimi and I am a first year Computational Arts MFA student at Goldsmiths, University of London. I am writing you today to discuss the prospects of your company sponsoring our end of the year exhibition. The exhibition will take place on September 8th to the 11th and feature 18 artists, all exhibiting various kinds of work in the computational discipline. At our show, which will take place at the St. James Hatcham Building on the Goldsmiths campus, there will be works pertaining to data visualization, audio visualization, typography, quantum computing, and much more. We have a very limited budget for this exhibition, and we are looking for sponsorship in the form of food, drinks, plates, utensils, cups, and napkins for the private view in particular. The private viewing is currently set for September 8th from 6pm-9pm. Please let me know if you would be interested in talking further about sponsoring our exhibition. In return, we would be happy to feature your company on our flyers and exhibition marketing materials to show our appreciation for any sponsorship your company can provide us. We would also like to invite anyone interested in attending the show to join us for the private opening or anytime during the public viewing.
