Best-selling authors/chef bring, Eat Your Way 2 Health organic raw food demo-tasting to Winchester Cultural Center.
Winchester Cultural Center will launch their Community Garden to Las Vegas residents with a kick-off program by noted authors/chefs titled, Eat Your Way 2 Health on, Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. The speakers will focus on wild, and 100% organic raw plant-based, fresh-from-the-garden, meals and how it benefits the body’s overall sustained health.
The Community Garden will be planted and maintained by, Las Vegas residents and Clark County Parks and Recreations. Resident gardeners will donate a percentage of their available harvests to the public for FREE pick-up at the Winchester year-round. The public will be notified of free harvest pick-up dates via Supporters provided public announcements of, Eat Your Way 2 Health July 25th speakers event. Saturday’s keynote speakers are:
• MARKUS ROTHKRANZ / International Wild and 100% Organic Raw Food Health Expert/Author/Filmmaker, and
• Chef CARA BROTMAN / 100% Organic Raw Food Celebrity Chef/Author (both Las Vegas residents).
Attendees will experience a dynamic plant-powered reveal of how phytonutrients have restored and sustained robust health to the speakers in the theatre with an on stage food demo, including a tasting for attendees. Display-information will be available on the patio area of the Winchester Cultural Center about wall and raised bed gardening, water conservation, juicing, health, exercise, and free gardening class sign-up will be available.
