Dear Sponsor,

I am coordinating two events on campus for University of Minnesota employees and students in an effort to have them come to the event and voluntarily donate to local community health charities (501c3) in need. The primary source of funding for this is from corporate sponsors, such as you.

My desire is to encourage them  to come to the event donate and then participate in some games of skill on campus.

We would greatly appreciate a donation of some prizes which would advertise your product to the staff and students alike.  As you know,  Minnesota Golden Gophers are a very competitive group and your products would be fun to include in a drawing. 

My first event is on 10/22/15 and my second event is on 11/13/2015. Your sponsorship will help assure the success of The Community Fund Drive. Enclosed please find more information on this event.
