This has been inspired by Colwyn Bay playing a huge strategic role during WWII as headquarters for the Ministry of Food & Agriculture and we believe this fantastic achievement is worth celebrating!One of Colwyn Bay's most popular festivals - ever. The Forties Festival is organised by Bay of Colwyn Business Network as a way of promoting the town.
