About the event

It is with the utmost enthusiasm that we are seeking your participation in Georgia Cares’ first annual Color Me Free 5K Run. This event, rain or shine, will be held at Jim R. Miller Park in Marietta, Georgia on July 26, 2015. Our goal is to raise money for victim services and raise awareness of Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking, happening right here in our Georgia communities.

Please join us by giving to the race in whatever way you can- whether you choose to give financially as a sponsor, or donate items such as waters and food for the race- any way that you give will help us free Georgia children from the abuse and horror of sex trafficking. Attached are different levels of participation.

We hope to see you at the race to celebrate our everyday freedoms, and the emancipation of those enslaved across our state!

Sponsorship Levels:

Gold

$2,500

•                Your company will be listed as a gold sponsor on all social media and web-based vehicles including web-link.

•                Your company logo will be on all print media including race flyers.

•                Your company may place banners at the start and finish lines, as well as at the packet pick up and registration.

•                Your company may have a table at the race for marketing purposes.

•                4 free race entries are included for your company.

•                You will be entitled to an E-blast to our database of stakeholders/runners as part of the gold sponsor announcement (you will get to determine the content for your part of the E-blast so long as it is deemed reasonable).

•                Your logo will be prominently displayed on the runner shirts.

•                This level entitles you to be the ONLY one of its type at the race (minus a gold sponsor).              

Silver

$650

•                Your company will get special mention on social media including web link.

•                Your company logo will be on print media including race flyers.

•                Your company may have a table at the race for marketing purposes.

•                Your company may place a banner at the finish line.

•                You will be mentioned in post-race E-blast to our database from the race and may assist in content.

•                3 free race entries are included for your company.

•                Your logo will be displayed on the runner shirts.              

Bronze                                  

 $350

•                Your company may have a table at the race for marketing purposes.

•                Your company logo will be displayed on the race flyers.

•                Your company may place a banner at the finish line.

•                Your logo will be displayed on the runner shirts.
