Club Langley JFC - Football Festival 2015,

About the event

I run Club Langley JFC and we are holding our annual Football Festival at Club Langley in Beckenham over the weekend of the 16th and 17th May 2015.

We have built ourselves the reputation of running one of the best events around and are expecting between 150-200 junior football teams from the local area and we are also now attracting teams from Essex, Surrey and all over London. With it's popularity we are now expecting to host 6000-8000 people that weekend.

We are looking to develop the event further and really offer some great attractions alongside the tournament with so many families present.

I strongly believe we can offer real benefit and a fantastic package for companies at the event! We are producing an A4 full colour programme which would publicise yourself as well as hold all fixtures and the schedule of the weekend which will be essential to every person who is there. On top of this we could offer plenty of advertising space for banners or flags at the event as well as being mentioned on our PA system regularly throughout the event.

I really do think for anyone looking for a unique way to publicise their company at the start of the year this is the ideal opportunity.

We are looking for a nominal amount of £500.00 which would enable you to have a full page in our brochure as well as being mentioned and thanked every hour throughout the event. We will also display any advertising and banners across the event and if you wished to staff the event with some kind of stall or flyers to hand out we would also welcome that. If there was anything else you would be keen to be involved in or help with then i'm happy to discuss and sure we could put something together to suit all parties.
