Club Cosplay is the Anti-Club Event. It’s a nightclub for people who want to have a good time but don't enjoy the typical club experience. It’s a place where snobbery, harassment and body shaming are jettisoned in favor of positive interaction, artistic expression and community experience.

This is a NERDsafe Event:

Which is a code of conduct that stops the social stigmas, hierarchies and hostility of the typical club experience. We provide an environment where the Un-Cool are Kool, the rejected are celebrated and the hottest thing on the dance floor is a creative mind.

3. No Suggestive Photography is Allowed lets Keep it Classy!

4. NO TOUCHIE !!! Keep your hands to yourself, People & Costumes are Sensitive. ZERO TOLERANCE !

ALL ARE WELCOME! You will be asked for your contact info to bring in your camera. We reserve the right to use any Photos or Video taken at the event for whatever use we feel and have the right to demand copies or immediate stop of use of any Photos or Video take at our event. If you refuse to waive these rights, please feel free to keep your camera in the car. :P

Only Recommended, but please show your NERD! Costume Recommended, but AGAIN NOT REQUIRED, It's a Nightclub with a lot of people in tight spaces, Plan Accordingly + it gets HOT! Any theme Promoted is Never Required just a suggestion, If you are competing in a Big Cosplay gear please bring a Backup Costume.

NO REAL WEAPONS or PROPS, ONLY FAKE HARMLESS FOAM PROPS & WEAPONS. PERIOD. EVEN IF IT'S NOT LOADED... IF IT CAN HURT SOMEONE ITS NOT GETTING IN. EVERYONE'S RIGHT TO PARTY SAFELY ISN'T WORTH ANY ACCESSORY
