For over a decade we have fostered many meaningful partnerships through our sister company FouGen, which is a recruitment-based service geared towards heightening the potential and success of young adults in their careers. Since 2011 we have worked on various projects focused on diversity and inclusion, as well as employment and recruitment with establishments such as Princes Trust, River Island, BBC News, and King's College. Through these projects and initiatives, we have identified that there are still large gaps in employment and recruitment for women of colour in business and careers. As diversity and inclusion ideas broaden in the workplace, we decided to create a space to hold these actions accountable and help women excel in their careers. Together we create a global impact by challenging racial and gender inequalities in business and careers.
