Dear Sir,
Who we are:
We are a group of ladies supporting a child with Cerebral Palsy and helping him access expensive treatments both in the UK and abroad. These treatments are not funded by NHS.
We have run several events during the last few years in UK, In France and in Belgium which had huge success and allowed to pay for the boy’s therapy.
Today, the event, we are planning is a Christmas Fair for families, especially dedicated to Christmas festive spirit. At the event, parents will get huge choice for their Christmas shopping while children will enjoy art craft activities and face painting.
The event will be held on the 22nd November 2015 at the prestigious Double Tree Hilton Hotel, Hanger Lane, in Ealing Common. Please see their website: www.doubletree3.hilton.com
The number of people excepted on that day would be over 500 and the number of the exhibitors would be 60 including chefs' showcase.
We are looking for sponsors to help us with the cost of hiring the venue, paying for all expenses in regard to advertising in local newspapers and radios and to help us pay for flyers leaflets and banners.
We are also looking for any help to get local supermarkets and businesses to donate gifts and hampers to enter them into our raffle prizes.
In return, sponsors will get:
· Their brand and names on more than 5000 Flyers, posters and banners
· Their names on our social media tools for three months (Facebook, tweeter and website)
· Their names on 3 newsletters
If you are interested in joining our Charity event and would like to be one of our sponsors, do not hesitate in contacting us.
If we combine our effort we can reach together our goals:
-We will raise funds to pay for the little boy’s therapy
- You will allow your brand to be closer to your targeted population and strengthen your links to a wider variety of communities. You will also have a stall where you can promote your products.
Furthermore, we will have a full media coverage in different languages across London, and this will open new opportunities. We, already, have strong links with Media and worked with some radios, newspapers and magazines across London in the past.
If you are interested to become our sponsor, or would like to discuss the partnership with us, please do not hesitate in contacting us.We look forward to hearing from you.
Regards
Lisa & Feriel

HISTORY OF VOAR Voice of Africa Radio was set up on 1st of January, 2000, to correct the exclusion and marginalisation of the African community from the electronic media. The station operated unlicensed at that time, covering London-wide. Its success and popularity went beyond description, achieving London-wide and international celebrity. In June 2002, Voice of Africa Radio was awarded a trophy for excellence and communal spirit, presented by the Ghanaian High Commissioner, Mr. Isaac Osei, at an award ceremony held by the Ghana Union London and many other awards. VOAR attracted a wide range of African businesses that advertised and sponsored most of its programmes. Listeners were mainly the Youth, but also attracted various African High Commissioners’ and Heads of State due to its comprehensive news bulletin, community information, quality interviews and programmes. FM LICENCE AWARDED Voice of Africa Radio (VOAR) finally won its bid of a 5 year permanent FM licence in London
