About the event
Dear Sir/madam
I am writing to you in the hope that you are able to help us with a donation for a raffle prize and sponsorship. The event is a charity boxing event on the 31st of July and we would promote your business in our programme for £100 these events are being held locally to your business so a great way to promote your business and for a great cause. We are raising funds for Leukaemia and Lymphoma research (authorisation letter is attached to this email) In memory of 26 Year old Jemma Valentine who sadly lost her fight on the 4th of June 2014. We would be grateful for anything you can offer us that would help towards our fundraisers.
