About the event

Australian sporting great Ian 'Chappelli' Chappell will lead Australia one more time against the Old enemy, England, in a billiards and snooker exhibition battle at the Killara Golf Club.

The two line-ups look like this:

Robby Foldvari - 3 times world billiards champion
Joe Minici - Twice Oceania and Australian billiards champion

England
Rob Hall (C) - reigning UK and English Open billiards champion
Gary Norman - world ranked no. 23
Roger Farebrother - current NSW snooker & 6 red champion.

A unique event in one of the finest billiard rooms in Australia, featuring some of Australia's and the world's best players. Dinner guests will arrive from 6.00 pm and enjoy entree and main course in the club's dining room, with beer and wine included. 

The players will be interviewed during this part of the evening about their sporting experiences. At approximately 8.00 pm we will adjourn to the billiard room for coffee and dessert. The challenge will commence with two frames of scotch doubles snooker, Australia vs UK. This will be followed by an exhibition by current world no. 3 Rob Hall of the UK. After that there will be a series of billiard challenges, trick shots and plenty of laughs.

$95 - Three course meal including beer & wine; player and sponsor interviews; exhibition and challenge.

Formed in 2016, we are a not-for-profit group consisting of English Billiards players, referes and administrators aiming to assist with the development of more opportunities for players of all abilities to compete and to increase their skills.

Our short -term aim is to increase the presence and awareness of English Billiards on the internet, with the long-term goal to increase the number of events and their profile, to the point where we can attract an Australia-wide major sponsor for the sport of English Billiards.
