About the event
My name is Terryon Cross and I am 20 years old. April 5th is my birthday and for that weekend I want to celebrate 21 years of life as well as going away to college. This event is very important to me because last time I was in Jamaica was with my father for my 5th birthday and since then I've wanted to come back. I want to celebrate with my closest friends who have all helped me find myself and who I am trying to become. I am an inspiring filmmaker and photographer and I would like to use this trip as a step towards my goals. I will be filming the trip as a final project for my internship at Youth Uprising, a community based youth center for inner city youth, located in Oakland Ca.
