In honor of Israel's Independence Day

The Celebrate Israel Festival will take place on Sunday May 22, 2016 at CB Smith Park with an expected attendance of 10,000 community members.

The festivities will begin at 11am with many new exciting attractions throughout the festival. Tickets will be sold online starting in March 2016.  

This year’s theme – ISRAEL: A Mosaic of Cultures -- will give attendees the opportunity to explore various Jewish and Israeli ethnicities around the world and within Israel. Stop by the Ethiopian, Moroccan, Yemenite, East Europe and Russian pavilions and learn through art , food and music. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in various hands–on projects while exploring and experiencing the different cultures.

Take a stroll through the middle of the Jewish “melting pot” and explore the different art from the various Jewish cultures. Artists from Israel as well as local artists will be selling art, jewelry, Judaica, home goods and gifts.

CreateLAB

Design, build, create and be inspired at our famous CreateLab, open all day with multiple FREE art projects for the entire family. Express yourself and enjoy arts and crafts with our entire community.
