About the event

The City of Carmichael is celebrating it’s 106th birthday on September 26th 2015.

Activities will include:

•Fantastic Food

During this Founders Day Event I will have a booth set up for my Honorary Mayor of Carmichael Campaign. At the booth I will provide a banner with sponsor logos and table space for sponsor handouts. 10% of all donations that are made to my campaign are being donated to the American Cancer Society. 

Here is some more information about the Mayor's Race: 

Carmichael Chamber members are preparing to vote for a new Honorary Mayor for 2016. Active members of the Chamber are running to fill this coveted position as a dignitary for Chamber and community events. The race runs from now until November 13. This is a major fundraiser for the Carmichael Chamber. Each dollar raised by the candidates counts as 1 vote. The candidate that raises the most money gets the privilege of being Carmichael's next Honorary Mayor. This year, each candidate has chosen a non-profit of their choice and 10% of what they raise will go to their non-profit organization.
