About the event

We are delighted to announce the 1st Edition of Career Buddy Fest which is the physical counterpart of our brand- Career Buddy Club. 
Career Buddy Club, is company for Recruitment, Entrepreneurship and Early-Stage Career Development is organising a Fest in Dehradun from 11-13 November 2022 named Career Buddy Fest. Our venue partner for this is BFIT Group of Institutions, Dehradun.

We are providing opportunities to the Gen-Z students to succeed in their career through three zones of the event namely Career Zone, Recruitment Zone, and Entrepreneurship Zone.

Motivation Behind the BrandCareer Buddy Club is a passion-driven brand laid down by a third generation Education Entrepreneur in collaboration with fellow Harvard Alumni. 
Problem Being Solved Students struggle to get into the industry because of lack of non-academic skill set, lack of knowledge on how to network and connect to the right kind of industry professionals. We as a brand are trying to solve this issue by making kids aware of this and introducing mentoring and networking as key components of bridging the gap between jobs/internships and the college students.

Why should you sponsor?

This Fest is unique because students don't need to pay anything. We want to create an entrepreneurial culture in the country. Helping students in their career grow personally and professionally is the goal of the event. We are expecting a footfall in the school of India- Dehradun of about 5k-10k.
