About the event
Capoeira is a martial art that combines elements of fight, acrobatics, music, dance and rituals in a very elegant and magnetic way. Performed by two people, it is often called “Capoeira game” that is played, not a fight. Capoeira is always played with a smile on face symbolizing that the capoeiristas are not afraid from the danger that is coming.
In the Batizado e Troca de cordas event our dedicated students will receive their first belts and nicknames, and the students that already have belts will graduate to the next level. It will be an amazing event with many guest teachers from all over Canada. The event is still far away so we will release details as we get closer to the date.
Why should you sponsor?
Capoeira Ache Brasil Calgary is being run by a number of volunteer teachers that are passionate about spreading the art and teaching adults and kids.
The support from the sponsors will allow us to bring guest teachers to run the seminar as well as cover the cost of school bus and vanue rentals.
Putting your name as a sponsor of this event will allow over a hunderd people to see the logo on our banners and shirts. We will also mantion all our sponsors during the event which will let all our students as well as their families and friends to have a positive view on the sponsor's that helped this event to come to fruition.

Vlad GincherMy name is Vlad Gincher, I am an Instructor in Capoeira Ache Brasil Calgary.
I have been training Capoeira for over 15 years and been teaching in Calgary for the last 8 years. I teach kids and adult classes all over the city, I am passionate about spreading Capoeira and helping people to become the best version of themselves.
I am a natural Bodybuilder and a Martial Artist, I try to spread health and wellness to all my students and their famalies.
