To whom it may concern,

The University of Waterloo Campus Response Team (CRT) is a volunteer-run service that provides first aid coverage at major campus events.  As the emergency medical support at the university, the team plays a crucial role in the safety of students at events such as Orientation Week, sports games, and other activities on campus.

This fall term, we are planning to host a 20th year Anniversary Banquet for the Campus Response Team to commemorate 20 years of service as well as appreciate how far we have come as a team. It will be a time of reunion for old friends, as well as a chance to share our experiences between past and present members of the team.

In order to make the banquet a success, we are hoping that you would be willing to provide us with some form of a sponsorship, such as gift cards, food, items, or any other form of support would help tremendously by allowing us to provide gifts to our hardworking and dedicated members and to the alumni who have kept our service alive for 20 years.

In return for your generous support, we would be happy to discuss any sponsorship details over e-mail or phone. Since our event will directly involve a large number of University of Waterloo students and we are well known throughout a campus of over 40,000 students, this would be an excellent opportunity to have your brand exposed.

All members of the Campus Response Team have volunteered their own time and put in countless hours training to become strong first responders who are ready to help others in their time of need. Help us celebrate 20 years of volunteers who have been helping fellow students.
