About the event
Did you know that there’s an Oxford definition for “adulting”? - “The practice of behaving in a way characteristic of a responsible adult, especially the accomplishment of mundane but necessary tasks”
Mundane, but necessary. Not fun.
Ever wish you could be a part of something that breaks away from that for just one day? Maybe even take you back to the nostalgic days of going to summer camp?!
Our aim is to bring together people ages 21 and up for a care-free day of anything, but mundane fun and some healthy competition!
Why should you sponsor?
This year, the event will be held the area on August 26th and we’d like to continue this well into the coming years. We’re asking you for your support on this inaugural event with a donation or in-kind sponsorship as there is a lot we will need to help put this community event together. We’re looking to have about 300 attendees for the first year so anything you can offer would make a real difference! I would love to get in touch with you and hopefully offer your services at this highly anticipated event!
It will take all of us, but together, we can beat boredom.

Alecia TutoloShany Horton (a wonderful Eventistry by Alecia client), is a Boston resident that is thoroughly committed to putting on events that bring together young adults in the Massachusetts area. Camped is her passion project that was inspired by similar events that are blossoming around the country, but the difference with this event in particular is that it is not an overnight camp! It allows guests to relieve themselves of the mundane adult activities of day-to-day life, while bonding with other like-minded, fun-loving adults in the area. Here's your chance to actually meet people - not at a bar or on social media, in real life. Make some real memories then come back for more next year!
