About the event

ABOUT THE EVENT: There will be about 30-40 attendees at this launch meetup, however this group itself has grown to around 100 members in only one month. This is a very new NYC collective with expected growth projected to 300 members by Spring of 2019, with regular monthly meetups to follow after this launch mixer. Lots of room for growth and continued partnership! This event is a very unique mixer themed around maintaining calmness during the hustle and bustle of the holidays that often leaves many people stressed or overwhelmed. Although this event itself is holiday themed, future monthly events will change theme accordingly.

I am working day and night to spread conscious living, health, and wellness to all, while expanding access to ALL who seek it. Right now, quality and accessibility to healthy and conscious living is very exclusive to a very specific audience. The narrative must change as we build a sphere of inclusivity in the wellness world - starting from female/youth empowerment, LGBTQA rights, anti-violence, anti-racism/discrimination, and supporting families below the poverty line.

As a mindfulness entrepreneur, health care professional, writer, creative designer, and yoga and meditation coach, I am fascinated by the power of collaboration. I have seen time and time again through my professional and personal journey, that some of the best success is accomplished through strong, meaningful partnerships and tenacious team-work efforts.
