Calculated Steps is a luxury event that caters to young professionals who strive for excellence in their respective fields. Through a series of curated social content and networking events, our goal is to inspire, empower and engage young professionals around the world.

Calculated Steps hosts a daily 6:30 am ET Live stream that has birthed an online community. Founded by Dwayne Holness, Calculated steps is dedicated to inspiring people both on a local and international level, no matter where he is in the world. The morning sessions teach the importance of breaking bad habits and building a successful routine.

My Name is Amanda Maitland and I am the Event Coordinator for the Calculated Steps event. This will be our second event and its one that lies close to my heart. There was a spirit at this event that was not like anything ive seen in Toronto. The Live stream birthed a community of young progfessionals that were all lookig for a reason to keep them going, to believe that their were resources available to gain knowledge and tap into their greater selves. It was Magical. I believe in this event and have seen the outcome of greatness that has come to life since the first event in July.
