Sponsorship Request

Recently the Slough community has seen a rise in crime, which as a community we cannot tolerate. The crime instills fear into our friends and families that which we can’t stand to watch.

I am writing to you to request sponsorship for an event which I am going to throw on the 29^th of January 2016 at The Centre. The event is a talent show, which I feel can break barriers between the old and the young and bring us all together for a night of joy, laughter, networking and most importantly empowerment.

Currently the event is self-funded by myself. Any help from you would go a long way and would help make a difference to the community.

Event information

Venue: The Centre Slough

Venue capacity: 2000

Expected attendees: 500-700 people

Marketing: Radio, Press (Weekly), Distribution of 20000+ flyers in Slough, Every School/College will be notified.

How does a sponsor benefit?

Platinum: £5000+

-       Logo on every marketing material (20000 leaflets to be posted) and mentioned in every interview with the press, radio and TV

-       Words," (Your name here) Proud Sponsors of this event" everywhere 

-       Your logo in all our letter heads and emails

-       At the event we will tell all the 500-700 guests who the main sponsor is

-       Write and publish an article about you in the press in different boroughs

-       Once website is launched we will keep you on there for a year with a page on how you helped us and your services

Diamond: £3500+

-       Logo on marketing material (15000 leaflets to be posted) and mentioned in 2 interviews with the press, radio and TV

-       Your logo in all our letter heads and emails

-       At the event we will tell all the 500-700 guests your role and importance

-       Write and publish an article about you in the press in one town

-       Once website is launched we will keep you on there for 6 months with a page on how you helped us and your services

Gold: £1500+

-       Logo on marketing material (10000 leaflets to be posted) and mentioned in 1 interview with the press, radio and TV

-       At the event we will tell all the 500-700 guests your role and importance

-       Once website is launched we will keep you on there for 3 months with a page on how you helped us and your services

Silver: £500+

-       Logo on marketing material (5000 leaflets to be posted) and mentioned in 1 interview with the press, radio and TV

-       Once website is launched we will keep you on there for 1 months with a page on how you helped us and your services

Bronze: Up-to £500

-       Logo on marketing material (1000 leaflets to be posted)

-       A personal thank you on the website for a week
