My name is Judy Hiatt and I am a Marketing Manager for Rubino Artist Entertainment & The Blues Federation. We are currently recruiting Sponsor, Bands, and Food/Merchandise Vendors for the Buckeye Blues Fest being held July 1st – 4th, 2016 at Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio.
The BUCKEYE BLUES FEST is on track to be one of the largest Blues Festival in the United States and will be held at Legend Valley about 30 miles outside of Columbus. Over a 4 day period, the Festival will feature 6 major headline acts, and approximately 100 bands all playing on 3 stages. Also on site will be over 100 merchandise and food vendors.
Although this is the first year for this particular event, Tony Rubino the Promotor, has been producing large concerts and festivals for over 40 years. Additionally, a second location is also in the planning stages for August or September in the Nashville Tennessee area. An extensive marketing campaign is set to take place in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. We expect attendance to exceed well over 100,000 people, and we anticipate that people from all over the country will come to this event.
