  • About the event

    An event to highlight Reggae Music within the UK.  There is a wealth of Reggae Artists/Bands in the UK.being unrepresented with limited platforms to show/share their music/talents.


    Reggae music is massive in Europe and other countries but it seems that within the Uk it is not getting the recognition it deserves.


    We are approaching Heat 2 of this competition July 9th through to 3rd December every 1st Thursday of the month.


    There will be 5 artists performing on in each heat with a live band, we are still in the process of recruiting artists/bands.


    There are 6 Judges comprised of 6 well known people working within the reggae music industry as singers, producers, promoters, managers, dj's.


    I've managed to get Ben TV Sky 182 to record parts of the event and they will feature parts of it on their Lifestyle on Ben Music corner that happens on  Friday.


    Prizes confirmed so far are a recording album/project with Stingray Records & 15-20 minute slot on Ben TV Sky 182.

Package. There will be 6 Heats from July through to August and on a monthly basis I need to hire a studio for the band and 4 artists to have 3 practice sessions a month. Each session costs £42 in addition I need to get flyers and posters once a month for each event. > We will add your business logos to flyers and posters (5,000) > With an audience of about 20,000 on my social media combined flyers will be posted out on a regular basis with your logo on. I will also include your business/logo in text also > Can attend show for free > Introduction to contestants and judges > Business mention on Ben TV SKY 182
