About the event

This is the Brew City Book Signing 2017, which is an Author book signing event in where else, but  Brew City itself, Milwaukee Wisconsin , home of several famous and historical breweries.

At the event will be many Best Selling Authors from as close as Wisconsin itself to the other side of the world, Australia. There will also be several Cover Models on site too. This is the chance for the authors to add to their followings by readers crossing over from other authors. As well as readers networking about different authors to find the next must read book ,or a chance to meet the cover model that they love.

The main event day is  Saturday  and  a pre/post event informal gathering on Friday and Sunday.

The Friday gathering is for the authors and cover models only  to meet with the event staff , go over what is to be expected during the main events and network with the other professionals participating.

Saturday is the main event day which is really two events. The Signing event on Saturday will have approximately 50 authors and several Cover/Fitness/Tattoo Models on hand signing books/photos as well as taking photos and interacting with hundreds of readers. This is a great opportunity for everyone involved.  The readers get to meet their favorite authors and receive swag (promotional giveaways). The Authors get to widen their fan base. This is a five hour exhibit style event where the readers go from table to table to the different authors.

Then Saturday evening there is a VIP dinner/reception party. This is a more informal setting where the readers and authors really get to connect. This is normally the highlight of the day. Friendships are made and is the best way to turn business into pleasure. Even though this is a social event, for many it is all about networking.

Sunday is the day of rest. Well for everyone but myself. Sunday morning during breakfast will be a post event wrap up. Feedback will be gathered from all in attendance, both authors and readers alike. Then on a plane home for me to start planing for next year.

Why should you sponsor?

.This is a great opportunity for sponsors. Depending on which package you sign up for, your logo/name can be on anything for promotional give-a-way items , banners , flyers, t-shirts, product placement at the event , announcements at event, social media recognition in a published anthology and possibly product placement on the cover of an anthology co-written by Best Selling authors. With all of this, the possible exposure alone will be limitless.

Michael Palleschi

Michael Palleschi  is coordinating this event on behalf of Amazon Best Selling Author Winter Travers and her PA Lizette Palleschi. 
Michael, a former NYC party rental owner and event planner is back! Having thrown dozens of successful events in NYC , he has teamed up with an Amazon Best Seller and her assistant to organize regional author book signings and reader appreciation events.
