About the event
We will be featuring 16 Women Designers to show key decision makers in the mainstream fashion industry 8 looks of their designs to help uplift and elevate their brands. Glam teams are being created from the hair, makeup and nail industry to help grow & expand their opportunities to take their talents to the next level. Commissions are being given to 5 up & coming Artists to work with the designers to help build and set the scenes to show off their Artistry while enhancing our designers vision. Models will be paid as a runway model in a Fashion Show for a National Magazine. Some of our audience will be virtual so that people all over the country can watch our event from the comfort of their homes.
We will also have a virtual audience for our fashion show.
Understanding why building a community with other businesses is so important not only to the survival of our businesses but to thrive as a business...the rest was easy. Having the basic understanding that if you fall then I fall and everyone around me will fall too so the saying I AM My BROTHERS & SISTERS keeper is a very real thing.
Peridot Magazine will be donating 20% of all profits from Boss Ready Fashion Show to City Hope St. Louis
and will be matching up to $5,000 of our own money to City Hope.

Celeste ScottCeleste Scott CEO/Founder/Creator of Peridot Magazine & Boss Ready Fashion Show is a serial Entrepreneur all of her adult life. Celeste is passionate about business and being a mother of a daughter with Autism.
Celeste have owned and operated several businesses, she owned and operated a wedding company, produced bridal shows, a corporate event company working with some of the biggest companies in the country.
Why Celeste picked City Hope to attach to her event because she and her daughter was homeless for a while after her 16 year marriage ended she have worked to support women in business to help them succeed. She believes that no one can succeed alone, you need a community.
