About the event

Blood Donation Carnival is an initiative of “The Emerging Yuvas” to aware the members of civil society about the need of blood donation and drive them towards the vision of voluntary blood donation. Blood Donation Carnival is not just a platform where you donate blood but it is a forum with a vision that you not only celebrate your life but also celebrate the joy of saving life fellow humans. We at Blood Donation Carnival aim at providing you an experience of Blood Donation like never before. You get an opportunity to understand the concept of voluntary donation., need of blood donatio, understanding the process and getting a close insight of whole process. We also aim at providing an enthusiastic environment  where you relish the blood donation. The Organizers of Blood Donation Carnival has come together to set a phenomenal example in Lucknow. We  have come up with new and innovative ideas so that you say. “Blood Donation Carnival was one of its kind.”

The Emerging Yuvas is an initiative by the youth of Varanasi, with the idea of bringing about change which benefits the society. The idea was coined in 2011 and led to the establishment of The Emerging Yuvas. It took a gear when the city got engulfed in floods and the team came up with its first campaing. Since then it has been working and serving for the betterment of the society as an active non-governmental organisation and has conducted various activities which includes Tree Plantation, Blood Donation Camps, Summer Camps, Swacch Bharat Abhiyan and many more. Apart from serving the society, the team also aims at preserving the pride of our culturally enriched city, Benaras. In 2014, a step towards this idea was taken by bringing up the first cultural event Banarasiya.
