About the event
An evening with Anthony Joshua (MBE) at the Holiday Inn could see him return to Birmingham as the IBF Heavyweight Champion of the World. The 9th April 2016 will see a good fight between Anthony Joshua and Charles Martin as Martin defends his IBF Heavyweight title against Joshua. This will be a black tie event where a 3 course meal, entertainment and of course Q & A with AJ himself.
Over the last couple years, Joshua has built a huge fan base and so this event is guaranteed to sell out fast where over 500 seats will be filled. From the Olympics to his quick rise to fame, this night will answer many questions people want to ask including questions from his last fight with Dillion Whyte.
With that said, who else to raise awareness to a cause and illness that affect many people in our community than boxing star AJ?
We are raising money for the SCAT (The Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia) Centre at City Hospital and also Oscar Sandwell, which is a Sickle Cell Charity in the West Midlands that work directly with service users.
