About the event

The Bixby 3-on-3 Hoop Festival aims to become one of the largest 3-on-3 events in the state of Oklahoma. With inspiration from the Spokane Hoopfest held in Washington state every year, Hoops On The Move LLC was formed to provide similar events and opportunities for communities in the Midwest.

The event will be held at the brand new Bentley Park Sports Complex in Bixby, Oklahoma. Bentley Park has six full length, caged basketball courts that will be utilized during this festival. 10 to 11 goals will host up to 10 teams each while 1 to 2 goals will continuously stay open for contestants and bystanders to participate in a 3-Point Competition. The festival will have multiple divisions to accommodate all ages and skills that wish to participate.

While the basketball festival is going on, other amenities such as (but not limited to) concession stands, inflatables, cooling tent, music, and potential food trucks will be available for participants and bystanders. 

Entry to participate in the tournament is ticket based but any and all bystanders are welcomed free of charge.

Potential Sponsors should want to support the Bixby 3-on-3 Hoop Festival for several reasons. 

Hoops On The Move LLC was founded upon inspiration from the community involvement seen in Spokane, WA during the annual Spokane Hoopfest. Hoops On The Move aims to provide opportunities such as this event with the intention of promoting community sports in a healthy manner at locations already available to them. Additionally, a portion of all revenue will go to a local charity of the host city (in this case, Bixby, OK).

This event has the potential to host over 50 teams at 4 players per team. In addition to the tournaments, there will be specific courts designated for a 3 point competition that will be available to participants and bystanders. With the addition of inflatables, this event strives to accommodate all members of a family in order to bring in as many people as possible. We'd love to have your name on something like this.

All Sponsors will have the option to provide us with their promotional material that will make it into the hands of each and every participant through the means of team packets distributed at check-in. 

All Sponsors will receive social media shout outs and advertisement space on our website. Currently, total reach across our social media outlets is over 8,000 a month and continues to grow.

Sponsors have the option to fully sponsor courts, divisions, and competitions where their logo and name will be used to associate which location each team will be participating at. 

Hoops On The Move is also open to discussing unique sponsorship packages if needed. We'd love to work with you. 

Aaron Manuel

My name is Aaron Manuel and this is my first event that I am hosting with Hoops On The Move LLC. This is also my first time using this website so my apologies if the format seems untraditional to what is viewed on here. 

My lifelong friend Christopher Norwood and I started this company because we believe there is a market for community sports in Oklahoma and we'd love to provide opportunities for those same communities that we grew up around. 

Separate from this, I am currently employed as an automation engineer where I manage projects assigned to me as well as a research and development lab. My educational background is in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and my athletic background is in Basketball and Cross Country, of which both I participated in to some degree at the collegiate level. My business partner, Chris, graduated from Northeastern State University with a degree in Marketing.
