About the event

This March feel the spring blossom in your lives with musical vibes in the mountains. Bir Music Festival is back with more music, more magic and more fun on 12-13 March. Spend the best weekend of 2021 in Himachal ( Bir Billing) 

With over 25 live artists, food, dance, musical village walk, flea market, art workshops, fire show and much more, this mega event is the best escape from your mundane lives and will surely be the best memory of 2021. 

ITINERARY FOR THE EVENT 

Day 1 - 11 March 

• 7:30 pm Departure from Delhi 
• Pit stop at Murthal 

Day 2- 12 March 

• 8:30 am Arrival in Bir - Hipostel 
• 9:00 am Welcome Ceremony 
• 10:00 am Breakfast 
• 11:30 am checkin into your stays 
• 12:00 pm Poetic Musical village walk 
• 2:30 pm return from village walk and freshen up 
• 3:00 pm Music festival stage performances begin 
• 3:30 pm to 12:30 am enjoy non stop indie pop rock performance from over 10 artists with bonfire 
• 5:30 pm snacks 
• 10:00 pm dinner 

Day 3- 13 March 

• 8:30 am wake up with a bang for a crazy group dance session 
• 9:00 am breakfast 
• 11:00 am to 2:00 pm surprise games, karaoke and poetry sessions 
• 2:00 pm crazy Instagramming workshop by Jhanvi Bhatt 
• 3:00 pm onwards enjoy non stop folk fusion rock music by over 15 artists with bonfire until mid night 
• 5:30 pm evening snacks 
• 10:00 pm dinner 
• 12:30 am onwards After party 

Day 4 - 14 March 

• wake up to a lazy morning 
• 9:00am breakfast 
• 9:00 am Paraglding slots begin 
• 10:30 am Cafe hopping and site seeing 
• 4:00 pm bye bye ceremony 
• 5:30 departure for Delhi

Why should you sponsor?

Our event is about culture, nature, peace and happiness. We are trying to promote the budding artists from across India by giving them a stage to perform and connecting them with an audience and each other for networking and collaboration. We are also the base for them as they are releasing their music here. Plus this event becomes a business point for a lot of artists from across India to showcase and sell their art products in the flea market. Needless to say, Bir being a small village will get the best recognition

We are now organizing an event BIR MUSIC FESTIVAL 2.0 on 12-13 March. This is a music and art festival in Bir-billing, a small place ahead of Dharamshala. Our aim here is to promote this place as this is also Asia's largest and world's second-best Paragliding site.

We are Manmauji Hospitality Private Limited, a travel and hospitality company established for over three years and working in the domains of experiential travel and boutique travel hubs across India. We have a chain of backpacker hostels under the brand name 'HIPOSTEL' and travel brand subsidiary like 'Pocket Tours'. With a fast-expanding team, we are spreading our operations in the country. We therefore also have event banners like BIR MUSIC FESTIVAL, ESCAPE FROM SAMSARA PARTIES, and SAFARNAMA under our umbrella. Our events have become a source of fame for upcoming artists and they have also helped the locals in mountains find a marketplace and promote local products and skills.
