About Bengali in Bangalore (BinB): 

“Bengali in Bangalore” (BinB), founded in 2004 as a non-profit socio-cultural organization, in these few years “Bengali in Bangalore” has grown in terms of its members, its events and achievements. It has also had its fair share of learning. Being a very active online Bengali community, it has made remarkable contributions in different stratas of the society which include social activities like visiting orphanages, primary level schools, old age homes and many such organizations and helping them with the basic amenities possible and continuing with the support.

BinB has always thrived to work for the society as a whole and in that respect has always been active in any socio cultural activities happening around. It has organized some memorable large-scale events throughout the year which mainly includes - Durga Puja, Saraswati Puja, Football & Cricket tournaments, Holi, blood donation camp, Free eye Checkup, working with Bharat Sevashram to support national calamities like Chennai ,Assam and Bihar and Karnataka Floods. Many of our events got covered by Times of India, The Hindu, Regional TVs, Deccan Herald, Anandabazar Kolkata, Bartaman Kolkata, The New Indian Express, DNA, Bangalore Mirror and Mid-Day etc.

BinB is pleased to present one of the biggest social and cultural festivities in South Bangalore – BinB Durgotsav 2019 which stepped to its 9th year. The event is patronized by people from across languages. We sincerely request your presence and partner with us during this 5-day festivity.
